Had the same problem, but got in the game suddenly and then i got game security violation detected (#00000001) and turned out ppl had this problem in fortnite, and it has something to do with programs controlling rgb lighting. Lightingcontrol.exe is the newest service and should be looked at more closely to see if there are indeed componets used that can be exploited.

Yea it's a pain now i just end the task in task manager when i boot windows that way my rgb stays on and apex legends don't cry about lightingservice.exe also that way you don't have to worry about it every time you boot the game unless you reboot your pc then you have to do it again.
